Ivory Atlas Dental Concierge is a dental concierge based in New York, NY. We coordinate dental treatment trips for US patients to vetted clinics in Istanbul, Cancún, and San José, Costa Rica. We are not a healthcare provider: we work in partnership with licensed dental clinics in each destination city, who hold all clinical responsibility for your treatment. We provide the matching, the coordination, and the travel logistics around it.
Our website lets you have a conversation with an AI concierge ("Mara") who collects your treatment preferences and produces a draft treatment plan. A human specialist then follows up to refine, quote, and book the trip on your behalf.
Until a written quote is issued by your specialist and accepted by you, no booking has been made. The chat draft treatment plan is illustrative only — it shows what's possible, not what's confirmed.
Prices shown on the website and in the chat draft are indicative. They reflect typical clinic rates for cosmetic and restorative dental procedures as of early 2026. Final pricing depends on:
Your specialist will always confirm a fixed quote in writing before any booking is made.
When you confirm a booking through your specialist, separate booking terms apply. These will be set out in your booking confirmation and typically follow the policies of the operating clinic partner. They will cover deposit amounts, balance-due dates, cancellation fees, refund policies and rebooking provisions. Please read those carefully.
No payments are taken on this website. Payments for confirmed bookings are arranged separately with your specialist via secure bank transfer or card payment links.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for any trip we plan, covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal effects. We do not sell insurance directly. Your specialist can recommend trusted providers.

As a concierge / agent, we are not the principal supplier of your trip. The clinics, transfers, flights and activities are operated by independent third parties (the clinic partners and their suppliers), who are responsible for the services they provide.
We will use reasonable care and skill in selecting and arranging your trip. However, we cannot accept liability for matters outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to weather events, wildlife behaviour, flight delays, road conditions, government actions, force majeure events, and the conduct of third-party suppliers.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our service is limited to the fees we have earned in respect of the trip in question.

You may share links and quote short extracts (with attribution) but please do not reproduce substantial portions without permission.
Our chat concierge ("Mara") is an AI assistant. While we work hard to keep the information accurate and the tone helpful, AI systems can occasionally make mistakes. Anything material — pricing, clinic availability, visa rules, health requirements — should always be confirmed with your human specialist before booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
